JOT-BE operates in the legal form of a limited liability company and is registered with the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division.

The founder of the firm, Janina Bułaj, is a lawyer and managed JOT-BE for 23 years, her successor Jacek Wróblewski an economist by education and licensed real estate agent linked with the firm since 1994. They have developed a thorough understanding of the mechanisms governing the business over a variety of periods and through varied economic conditions.
An excellent knowledge of the market and high quality services - and therefore that which clients value most - together provide foundations for the work of JOT-BE. We have built up our brand over many years conscious of the significance and gravity of the affairs with which we are entrusted by a client. As such, we set up no branches or franchises, instead concentrating our activity in a single location, in our own office building on a main thoroughfare of Wrocław, allowing us to protect the interests of a client to the greatest extent and permitting direct supervision of the services provided.

We have since 21st April 2006 held trade certification, the Quality Mark ISO 9001: 2008 in provision of real estate agency services.

The MLS online system for agent cooperation
We work within the global MLS-DOSPON offer exchange network, which brings together around 80 agencies, including over 500 people employed in real estate agency.
Registering real estate for sale or to let with JOT-BE on the principle of exclusivity allows a client the certainty that an offer will be seen not only by immediate clients, but also by everyone working within the MLS network.
This provides a client with a guarantee of time saved, facilitates contact with a single, responsible individual, and speeds up and optimises the transaction.

We are pleased to inform you that based on knowledge obtained from market analyses, and above all to meet the expectations of clients, JOT-BE offers are to be found not only at www.jot-be.pl, but primarily at the most popular trade sites - over 30 altogether - as well as at the largest Polish web portals, such as gazeta.pl, onet.pl and interia.pl.
Of significance is the fact that offers with exclusivity gain additional web positioning at portals, positively influencing the effectiveness of the advertisements published.
Rynek Nieruchomości - Dolny Śląsk
Since 1995 JOT-BE has been co-publisher of its own trade monthly, Rynek Nieruchomości - Dolny Śląsk.
Offers of real estate for sale or to let registered with JOT-BE are presented in the magazine, improving the odds of finding a client and allowing target groups other than Internet users to be reached.
Application of the Client Charter of Rights
JOT-BE has voluntarily adopted the Charter of Rights for clients of real estate agents drawn up by the Polish Real Estate Federation, becoming subject to 'consumer-federal' inspection of the quality of its work. The Charter is a document defining the highest standards for provision of real estate agency services.
Application of the Charter by JOT-BE provides the client with a guarantee that:
- the real estate of the client will not be sold below the market price
- real estate will not be purchased at an inflated price
- the client will be dealt with by a professional possessing appropriate knowledge and experience
Membership of professional organisations
Membership of trade organisations, i.e. the Lower Silesian Association of Real Estate Agents (DOSPON), within the Polish Real Estate Federation, along with the Polish Association of Real Estate Market Advisors (DRN), ensures that professional knowledge and is constantly raised and guarantees the observance of ethical principles.
